This spring break we will be taking a group of students from Detroit on a college visit trip to Cincinnati. Our goal is to make this trip completely cost free for the students so that money is not a barrier for anyone to participate in a trip that will make such a big impact on our students. Please consider donating, any amount helps!

Last week we had the chance to take our students from the East English Village baseball team on a spring break college tour to Michigan State, Toledo, and Wayne State. This trip allowed our guys to see new schools and open their eyes to what is possible when they work hard and follow the plan God has for them. We are so grateful to all of our donors who made this possible and allowed our guys to experience such a transformational trip.

Today is giving Tuesday! On the biggest day of fundraising for organizations across the globe, we ask that you consider supporting our mentorship partners and travel experiences to help students in Detroit discover and pursue their dreams!

Over Spring Break we had the opportunity to take two of our high school partners on some college visits. The Lincoln-King football team had over 15 students attend visits to Central Michigan University and University of Michigan where they received a tour of the football facilities and stadium, watched a spring practice at CMU, and got a tour of the Ross School of Business at UM. The baseball team at East English Village spent a day on the campus of Wayne State getting a tour of the athletic facilities and watching the Warriors play from the front row.
Thank you to everyone who has donated to make these experiences possible for our students! These opportunities are extremely valuable for our students working to accomplish their goals of getting a college education.

Happy Giving Tuesday! Today is the biggest fundraising day for nonprofits all around the world, and our goal is to raise $2,000 by the end of the day in order to take 15 high school students on our winter retreat this January!
During our retreats, our students take a deep dive into discovering the unique gifting and purpose that they were created with. A lot of our students have so many negative influences around them that keep them from seeing how amazing and talented they are, so getting them out of their normal environment to experience new places, see new things, and meet new people often leads to great impact and growth.

Whether you give $5 or $500, any amount is helpful and appreciated!

Frontlines Detroit is a nonprofit organization that works to see every student in Detroit discover their unique gifts, talents, and passions through traveling experiences and community mentorship.
We believe that every person was created with a unique, God-given identity and purpose. Often times, things like a difficult home environment and lack of resources can shield students in the city from realizing the gifts and talents that they were created with.
Our travel experiences and mentorship programs help students discover who they were created to be, as well as equip the community around the students to walk beside them and encourage them.
